RMSHOT PROTECT

Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

Commercial terms · Customer rights · Website use

These Terms govern the use of rmshot.com and the sale of RMSHOT PROTECT products. The intended operating company is SORA TECH CO. The seller's verified legal identity and contact details must be completed in the Legal Notice before sales commence. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

01. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to orders placed through rmshot.com unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Customers may be consumers or business purchasers. Mandatory laws applicable to consumers take precedence over conflicting provisions.

02. Products and Technical Information

Product pages describe the characteristics, dimensions, materials, intended uses and available options of RMSHOT PROTECT products. Customers should check compatibility and sizing before ordering. Photographs are illustrative; minor visual differences may occur without altering essential product characteristics.

03. Availability and Orders

Products are offered subject to availability. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. If a product becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed and offered an appropriate solution or reimbursement where required by law.

04. Prices, Taxes and Charges

Prices are displayed in the selected currency, with taxes presented according to the customer's status and applicable rules. Shipping charges and any known additional fees are shown before order confirmation. International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes, subject to the delivery terms disclosed before purchase. Professional VAT treatment is determined by applicable law, not merely by possession of a VAT number.

05. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders may require payment before preparation or dispatch. Payment processing may be handled by authorised providers under their own security procedures. Any professional payment terms must be agreed in writing.

06. Delivery and International Shipping

Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are communicated during checkout or in an accepted quotation. Estimated delivery dates may depend on product availability, destination and customs procedures. The seller remains responsible for its mandatory delivery obligations. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

07. Receipt and Product Conformity

Customers are encouraged to inspect delivered goods and report visible damage, missing items or apparent discrepancies promptly. Failure to report immediately does not remove statutory consumer rights. Claims should include the order reference and relevant photographs where reasonably possible.

08. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable, consumers benefit from the statutory withdrawal period, generally 14 days for qualifying distance sales under EU rules. The period, procedure, return costs and any lawful exceptions must be communicated before purchase. Business purchases do not automatically benefit from the same withdrawal right.

SPECIAL ORDER CONDITIONS

09. Cancellations, Amendments and Special Orders

Cancellation Before Preparation

Requests to cancel or amend an order should be submitted to customer service as soon as possible. Where preparation has not begun and no specific commitments have been undertaken, the seller may accept cancellation and refund the amounts paid. This does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

Orders Under Preparation or Dispatch

Once preparation, packaging or dispatch has commenced, amendments to products, quantities or addresses cannot be guaranteed. After handover to the carrier, interception depends on the carrier's capabilities and conditions.

For business customers, confirmed orders may be cancelled or amended only with the seller's written agreement. Where cancellation is accepted, reasonable and substantiated costs already incurred may be charged in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

For consumers, these provisions do not affect withdrawal rights or remedies for defective, non-conforming or undelivered goods.

Special Orders and Customised Products

Special orders may involve dedicated sourcing, manufacturing, custom dimensions, material selection, packaging or individually agreed technical specifications. Before payment, the parties must agree on characteristics, quantities, price, lead times and any special cancellation or return conditions.

For business customers, a special order confirmed in writing is firm. Cancellation or amendment requires the seller's written agreement. Documented manufacturing, sourcing or cutting commitments may be taken into account under the agreed terms and applicable law.

For consumers, withdrawal may be excluded only where a statutory exception applies, particularly for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Any applicable exclusion must be disclosed before the contract is concluded.

A standard product does not automatically become a personalised product merely because it was specially sourced.

Changes After Confirmation

Substantial changes to specifications, quantities or production arrangements may require a revised quotation and renewed written approval. No amendment is accepted without express confirmation from the seller.

Protection of Statutory Rights

Nothing in this clause removes statutory guarantees, mandatory remedies or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns must follow the instructions provided by customer service or the relevant returns policy. Refunds are processed within applicable legal deadlines and using the legally required method. Conditions for voluntary commercial returns cannot override statutory rights.

11. Statutory Guarantees

Consumers retain all mandatory rights concerning product conformity and defective goods. Commercial warranties, if offered, are additional to these rights. Professional customers benefit from the protections provided by the law and their applicable contractual arrangements.

12. Product Use and Regulatory Compliance

Products must be used according to their intended purpose and any supplied instructions. Protective accessories do not guarantee prevention of damage or injury in every circumstance. Customers must observe applicable rules concerning equipment and activities, without limiting the seller's own legal duties.

13. Customer Accounts and Website Use

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting their login credentials. Fraudulent use, unauthorised access and interference with website operation are prohibited. Accounts may be restricted for legitimate reasons in accordance with applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

RMSHOT PROTECT branding, original photographs, designs, texts and other protected materials may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without the relevant rights holder's authorisation, except where permitted by law.

15. Liability

The seller is responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. Business liability arrangements may be specified separately in an accepted written contract.

16. Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. Details concerning purposes, legal bases, retention, rights and cookies are provided in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

17. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Customers may submit complaints through the contact details listed in the Legal Notice. The seller will review them within a reasonable timeframe. Consumers retain access to applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and competent courts.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The governing law and competent jurisdiction are determined by applicable conflict-of-law and consumer protection rules and, where legally permitted, by contractual agreement. Consumers cannot be deprived of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence.

19. Amendments to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect operational, regulatory or commercial changes. The version applicable to an order is generally the version communicated at the time the contract was concluded, subject to mandatory law.

20. Contact and Legal Information

For contractual, commercial or legal enquiries, customers may use the contact page or the contact information published in the Legal Notice. The seller's final registered address, company number and other mandatory identification details must be verified before publication.
